This project, part of a significant initiative to promote digital processes, focused on the implementation of the ICP project in the SAP PPM module. The goal was to optimize the planning, execution, and control of research projects, particularly in terms of costs and funding, through integrated cost planning.

Customer Challenge

The ICP project for the SAP PPM module, a core element of the S/4 HANA implementation, aimed to automate about 80% of research projects to increase efficiency and security. This includes optimizing the sub-project "Fictitious Invoicing (FiFa)".
